I had my old, dead personal website built with hugo and I didn't really like the process of fiddling with git and uploading the files by myself on a server to deploy it (of course I could have CI'd it, but I was too lazy to write a pipeline).
omg.lol saved me from myself because I was planning on building a similar interface to administer my site, but I definitely shouldn't start Yet Another Side Projectâ„¢. Logging into some web page, typing a few sentences and pushing a magic button is way more comfortable than working with a static site generator locally, especially since I abandoned my l33t h4x0r tiling WM Linux setup in favor of a justwerks machine. (I had way too much time on my hands in high school, now I have university and a job).
